“We purchased our house and property in March 2014 and moved in from the mainland January 2015 with a mind to make major cosmetic changes to the house together with a complete upgrade to bring the dwelling from the 1990’s when it was built to a modern house yet, still retaining the distinct architectural features this house presented. We contacted a couple of local builders who didn’t appear too interested and/or un-reliable to even turnup to look at the project. After speaking to a contractor we’d employed to up-grade the outbuildings and build new sheds, Jason Heazlewood’s name came up so we gave him a phone call. Jason, Kurt and their boys have spent in excess of 1500 hours on the house; supervising and completing work including the installation of a new kitchen, new master bedroom ensuite, renovation of up-stairs to make a contemporary self-contained granny flat; built-in cupboards, ducted air conditioning and complete painting throughout. The boys also fitted floating timber floors and fire place with sandstone chimney etc.

To summarise Heazlewood Homes approach; Nothing was out of the question; full consultation before and during all work; reliable with appointments; you get what you pay for; extremely high quality of workmanship; look outside the “square” when searching for solutions and listen and learn customers requirements. Heazlewood Homes have also completed work for us on some of our Investment properties and we intend to engage their services for all future building, maintenance & renovation work.
